Northland FertilityCare™ has been proud to teach the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System (CrMS) to thousands of clients over 30+ years. In 2021, we expanded our team and now have five FertilityCare practitioners, allowing us to reach even more women and couples who want to learn how to track their cycles, plan their families, and gain knowledge about their fertility.
With your help, we can continue to provide affordable and accessible Creighton Model FertilityCare Services to women and couples. Your support will enable us to strengthen our program and work towards expanding our services across the US.
